Refund Policy
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds — 14 Days
Every return, exchange and refund is handled directly by our Amsterdam (Netherlands) team. Please always contact us first for a return authorisation — never send items to the production partner or supplier. Items returned without authorisation, or to any other address, cannot be processed.

Your right of withdrawal (EU 14-day cooling-off)
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Notify us within those 14 days (you may use the model withdrawal form below), then return the item within 14 days of notifying us. We refund within 14 days of being informed, and may withhold the refund until the item is received or proof of return is supplied.
Free exchanges (recommended)
Prefer a different model or colourway? Exchanges are free — we ship your new adapter as soon as we receive the original, provided it is unused and in original condition with all packaging and the numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
Store credit
Choose store credit instead of a refund — quick, easy, spendable on any model or colourway, and it skips the return-shipping step.
Change-of-mind & withdrawal refunds
The item must be returned complete (all packaging and the numbered Certificate of Authenticity). Return shipping to our Amsterdam HQ is arranged and paid by you. You may inspect the adapter as you would in a shop; if it is returned showing use beyond that, we may apply a reduced refund reflecting the loss in value. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item — on us
Arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect? Email contact@theroyalpopstraps.com with a photo and we'll replace or fully refund — return shipping included, usually with nothing to send back. Your product also carries the 2-year EU legal guarantee against manufacturing defects present at delivery.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.
