Terms and Conditions — The Royal Pop Straps

By placing an order on theroyalpopstraps.com, you agree to the following terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. The Product

The Royal Pop Straps sells Bio-Ceramic and Silicon wrist adapters for octagonal Bio-Ceramic pocket watches. Both products are independent accessories. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any watch manufacturer or brand.

2. Pre-Order Nature

All products sold on theroyalpopstraps.com are pre-order items. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product is not yet shipped and that production is currently underway. Expected shipping from June 20, 2026. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will communicate any updates by email.

3. All Sales Are Final — No Returns, No Refunds, No Cancellations

All sales are final from the moment an order is submitted. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read the product description, understood the pre-order nature of the purchase, and accepted the shipping timeline.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, refund requests, or order cancellations for any reason. This policy applies without exception to all orders placed on theroyalpopstraps.com.

The only exception is damaged or incorrect delivery — see Section 5.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include 21% Dutch VAT. Worldwide shipping is included in the price. There are no additional import duties or hidden fees.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or is materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@theroyalpopstraps.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will assess and resolve the issue at our discretion.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. The Royal Pop Straps is operated by Division Studio, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 80171613), Amsterdam.
